Lenore grew up in the bay area of California. Her athletic adventures of early adulthood were limited due to an unfortunate car/bike accident at the age of 15. In spite of that, she developed a passion for world travel and became an outdoor enthusiast later in life. After a knee replacement surgery in 2021 biking around Jericó is now one of her favorite activities and she considers herself a wild enthusiast for all things Colombia.

She is a trained physical therapist and yoga teacher but currently prefers to apply herself to other passions including studying Spanish, organic and biodynamic farming, and exploring all possible ways of cooking farm fresh veggies.
